Residential and Commercial Exterior and Interior Cabinet refinishing Sheetrock repair and replace Skim coating Texture application and removal Wallpaper removal Deck staining Soffit/fascia/damage wood repair Window glazing Soft pressure washing

EXTERIOR: All plants and shrubs are covered as needed Soft pressure wash to remove mildew, mold and dirt All loose paint scraped and a light scuff sanding is applied Repaired and raw areas, including window mutins, are primed FIRST before caulking/glazing to achieve a solid adhesion of materials All cracks, gaps and joints are throughly caulked to seal out moisture High quality paint is applied uniformly, Sherwin Williams's 'Duration' or Benjamin Moore's 'Aura' for maximum durability and protection Clean up involves removing paint ships, tarps, etc.- all tools and materials are properly stored daily Final walk through inspection with customer INTERIOR: Furniture/accessories moved to center of room and covered with plastic Floors covered with drop cloths, masking and tape as needed All surfaces, including walls, are lightly sanded with block sander Holes are filled and cracks in walls are dug out and taped, spackled, sanded and primed All walls,trim and repaired areas are primed as needed High quality paint,'Duration', is applied uniformly to the surface Plastic removed and furniture replaced in original location All floors and carpets are carefully swept and vacuumed Final walk through with customer
